LDH plow mixer mainly consists of conveying system, horizontal body, shears and fly bars. With the function of the plough-shear, on one hand the materials make convective motion along the inner side of the drum body, on the other hand, the material was being splashed along the normal of the double side of the shears. When the materials touch the fly bars, it is thrown by the fly bars with high rotary speed. With the multiplex function of the plough shears and fly bars, the materials expand and turn over, so that it could obtain a good mixing efficiency in a short time.

This structure is suitable for mixing liquid and solid, wet granules, especially for Viscous or colloidal add agent mixing.
