This line is composed of bucket elevator, mixer, finished product warehouse, simple packing auger, dust remover, electrical cabinet, air compressor and gas phase balance, mostly suitale for the new investors into mortar industries. The materials are measured manually through bucket elevator to the mixer. The materials are mixed into finished warehouse, then through packing auger to measure and pack manually. Low investment

widely used in various dry mortar, and other powder, granule conveying, batching, mixing, packing.

Working principle:

1 The two large silos (A1, A2) are filled with raw materials by pump truck.

2 The four medium-size silos (B1, B2, B3, B4) are filled with raw materials by the underground pneumatic conveying vessel with manual feeding mouth.

3 The five small hoppers (additives materials) are manual fed on the steel platform.

4 Materials in A and B silos are screw-conveyed into the “AB pneumatic vessel” which has the function of auto-weighing.

5 Materials in C hoppers are dosed and weighed in “C pneumatic vessel”.

6 After dosed and weighed, materials in the “AB vessel ” and “C vessel” are conveyed by compressed air into the pre-mix silo, and into the double-shaft paddle mixer, and into the end product silo, and then packed by valve-bag packing machine.
